Cinnamon Maple Peanut Butter Toast

Easy breakfast or pre/post workout snack made with only 4 ingredients. Perfect for a little extra protein to give a boost of energy.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread toasted
  • 2 Tbsps peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 2-3 tsps maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon or more depending on how much you like cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Toast slices of bread.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  3. Spread mixture on top of toast.
  4. Drizzle with syrup and enjoy! You can add other toppings like nuts, bananas, granola or whatever else you may have on hand.
