Banana Apple Green Smoothie

A green smoothie featuring bananas, apple juice, flax seed, chia seed, and spinach. Delicious yet healthy!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup 100% apple juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredient to blender and blend until smoothie.

  2. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If you've never used flax seed or chia seeds in a smoothie before, you should know that it does affect the texture. It can cause it to have more of an "egg-like" texture. The longer you let the smoothie sit, the more egg-like in texture it will be.
