Friends, I have a new series that I’ll be sharing soon called Nourishing Plates, but I’ll need your help!
I want to make, photograph, and share YOUR favorite recipes. A lot of the food we eat often tells a story. Whether it shares a precious memory with a dear friend or family member or it’s a simple coffee to catch up with someone, the food you share with those around you nourishes you in many ways.
It’s more than just food on a plate. Food nourishes you physically through the nutrients you receive. It nourishes you emotionally and mentally through its taste and flavors and through your fellowship with others.
I’d love for you to send me your recipes. Your recipes can be anything. It doesn’t have to follow any food trends or even be all that healthy. So don’t you worry about being paleo/whole30 approved/allergen friendly. Maybe it’s your Papa’s Favorite Fried Taters recipes or your go to snack or meal. These recipes still nourish you in different ways.
My goal is to post these recipes once or twice a month in the Nourishing Plates series depending on how many recipes I receive. I’ll share your recipe (as your recipe) and be sure to tag you in them (if you’d like that). I can even share a story with the recipe on why it’s special if you have one. I’d just love to know what your favorite recipes are and share them with others!
