As a momma, it’s hard to always find something quick to make for a snack before my little one decides to go venture somewhere he’s not supposed to. Even if I have barriers set up, he somehow finds a way to get around them! I’m not really a huge snacker but I do think it’s great for your metabolism to have a few small healthy snacks throughout the day, especially if you’re active. Plus, sometimes you just need that little extra energy to make it through until the next meal. That’s why I made these frozen yogurt and blueberry granola bites.
It took me less than 10 minutes to make and I only used 3 ingredients! How simple is that?! Just vanilla yogurt, granola, and blueberries put into a muffin cup liners. Then I stuck them in the freezer for an hour or so and later I had these yummy frozen yogurt blueberry granola bites.
It’s perfect for me because these bites satisfy my sweet craving which I get ALL da time. I’m really trying to lessen the amount sweet things I eat. But if any of you have ever tried that, you know how difficult it is to not think about sweets. That’s why these are so great! These are sweet and healthy. The only thing that could make them better would be to have a bar of chocolate on the side. Just kidding.
These make a great snack for any momma, child, or anyone who loves to eat food. If you’re in the dairy free category, use dairy free yogurt instead and it will taste just as yummy.
Hope these bites hit the spot for you!
